LES MILLS BODYPUMP

Les Mills BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, it gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

EXTREME CIRCUIT

EXTREME CIRCUIT is high intensity interval training… Bet you’re thinking “more high intensity? Really? Seriously, have no fear! This class is based on simple yet effective exercises using minimal equipment. Delivering a mix of cardio, resistance training and plyometrics, while most exercises have easy/hard options to choose from. The program of the class changes daily. Never getting boring or repetitive, and always a great challenge! Get yourself down to this class that’s been custom designed by CHS trainers and fitness instructors. It’s for your own good.

GRIT

GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbells, weight plates and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. It takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with beyond powerful music and inspirational coaches

LES MILLS CORE

CXWORX is a workout focusing purely on your core muscles. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. Ramp it up with resistance tubes, weight plates and body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers… You’ll also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises just to give you that little bit extra.

ZUMBA

ZUMBA is a Latin dance inspired workout, mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

GLUTES AND ABS

Hips/Abs is a medium to high intensity class, focusing on legs, butt and core muscles. This training uses mostly bodyweight, light weights, bench and resistance band exercises mixed with a fun atmosphere and upbeat music. Perfect for weight loss, toning and improving your cardiovascular fitness. This is a custom designed class by CHS trainers and fitness instructors.
